Office Receptionist

Are you friendly, organised, and ready to kick-start your career in administration? Join our team as a Junior Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors, clients and subcontractors with professionalism and a smile
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Managing the check-in process via Radio Telephone (RT)
  • General administration and office duties such as typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, binding or laminating
  • Maintain stock and necessary stationary orders
  • Manage front desk operations and keep the reception and tearoom area tidy
  • Schedule appointments where required for office meeting rooms
  • Systems administration
  • Supporting office staff with general administration as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email)
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided!
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

We are open to discuss hours, however we do believe this role will require between 30 – 40 hours per week.
